By placing your order on www.nippercharger.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:

SHIPPING POLICY

• All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods).

• All items listed as pre-order items will be shipped when available. Please note the expected release date listed is a guideline and the actual availability date is subject to change.

• Any orders that are placed after 12:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

• We do not ship partial orders, your order will be packaged for shipment when all items, are ready for shipment.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK

• The delivery recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

• Orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, including shipping fees, are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

• You may return any item(s) purchased from www.nippercharger.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the day after the date of delivery.

• The Right to Cancellations can be submitted via email to nipper@particlestudio.com where your request will be handled urgently.

• Any orders returned and received after 30 days of delivery date are subject to exchange only.

• We cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor.

• Refunds are given for the complete cost of the product, minus any expedited shipping charges.

• We do not charge re-stocking fees.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, or cancel an order, please email nipper@particlestudio.com confirming the reason for return, and your full name.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
